What is Rallying?
Stage rallying is one of the most exciting forms of motorsport. It can take place on closed roads, in forests or at race tracks and on a variety of surfaces from snow to gravel and tarmac.
The Association has run a Stage Rally Championship for many years, for both drivers and co-drivers. Taking in events across a wide area, from the circuit-based events at Brands Hatch and Goodwood to the fast and flowing concrete tracks at Bovington, there is plenty of variety for Competitors to enjoy. There are also airfield events at Down Ampney and Abingdon, where across the Abingdon CAR-nival weekend the Association’s AutoSOLO, Sprint and Rally Championships all run.
